Zipp Printing Payment Terms

Finally, a Payment Terms page you can actually read and understand. We’re working really hard to make invoicing, receipts, and payments easier and cleaner for everyone.

  1. Electronic Payments – You can pay online via card or bank account directly from your emailed invoice. You can also give us your card number and have it automatically charged when your prints are delivered.
  2. Email Invoicing – We know the irony of a print shop trying to save paper, but that’s what we’re doing. We also like to give you instant access to the invoice so your accounting process can be cleaner and simpler. Please be sure to add hello@ZippPrinting and billing@ZippPrinting.com to your contact list. You can also have your IT team add ZippPrinting.com to your whitelist.
  3. In-store Payments – We’ve improved our in-store payments by accepting chip cards and contactless payments like Pay. This is more convenient and safer for you. We do, of course, accept and prefer check or cash payment.
  4. Invoice Terms – We pride ourselves in fast turnaround times (sometimes even on-the-spot). Because of that, we now require payment after Estimate Approval. Payment must be made prior to proofing/printing. Only members of The Printers Club will be offered any terms automatically. If you would like net terms, please apply here.
  5. Late Invoices – An interest rate of 1.5% per month may be applied to late invoices.
  6. Local Delivery – We love making it easy for you to place an order and have it show up on your doorstep in just a few days. This service is free for The Printers Club members. All other customers may be charged a small delivery fee.
